American Buttercream for Gluten Free cupcakes is included. If you would like to upgrade to a premium buttercream, there will be a $3 upcharge.
American Buttercream - Think classic sugary buttercream that is usually on storebought cakes BUT mine is SO much better! I use New Zealand grass-fed salted butter to cut the sweetness and whip the butter so long that it turns almost white! Customize your flavor and pick an extract below!

Peanut Butter - Swirls of salted peanut butter rippled through American Buttercream for a peanut butter lovers delight!
Vanilla Bean - Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean Paste and vanilla beans added to silky American buttercream to elevate this buttercream to the next level!


Chocolate Vanilla Bean - Organic Cocoa Powder and Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean Paste are folded into American Buttercream for a delicious chocolate buttercream!
Whipped Honey Buttercream - This buttercream is made with Wisconsin honey. It is light, sweet and compliments the vanilla cupcake flavor bee-autifully!

Whipped Buttercream - Some are familiar with this as "Swiss Meringue Buttercream", but I don't mess around with raw eggs. I use pasteurized egg whites in this lighter than life buttercream! I actually call it "bettercream"! It is whipped on high speed for 30 minutes and it is the least sweet of all buttercreams offered.
