I have a separate room where I keep my Gluten Free workstation, ingredients, and utensils. I use separate pans, bowls, spatulas, measuring cups, etc. I have dedicated containers of gluten free baking soda, sugar, baking powder, cornstarch, salt and King Arthur Gluten Free 1:1 Flour. 

While I absolutely do my best to avoid cross contamination, I do not have a separate oven for gluten free baking. 

My kitchen counters are sanitized regularly and between each order. My oven is cleaned weekly.
