"Margie is a genius in that not only are her sweet creations breathtaking to behold, they are a delight to eat. My fiance proclaims that the frosting on her mini cupcakes is the best he has ever tasted. I agree! Her fudge is also out of this world. Margie listens carefully when you describe to her what you want and makes thoughtful suggestions. She is catering our wedding! We will treat over a 100 guests to seven different kinds of Margie's buttercream mini cupcakes including one she has specifically made in honor of my mother who was very fond of lemon pastries." ~Amy S., Madison
"Margie has been such a joy to work with. My family has been privileged to try many of her products, lots of which she has done gluten free for me because I am allergic. She is always thoughtful on being careful with my allergy. My favorites so far are her cookie cups. We got them for my daughter's birthday and everyone raved about how good they were. They are just the right texture and are not too sweet - just right. The cheesecake buttercream is my favorite flavor frosting. I could (and have!) eat it just by itself. Her caramels are also absolutely delightful! My favorite is the peanut butter caramels with candies in it. Yum! I love that MArgie is a part of our community and am happy to support her business. She does a great job with her treats and is very creative at coming up with new ideas all the time. "There's something to be said for "tasty bakery" and "beautiful looking treats." I find that both rarely exist together, but Margie nailed it. I don't know where this manifestation of powerful magical energy comes from, but I wasn't blessed with it and Margie was. Not only was my order delectable, it was GORGEOUS! Myorder consisted of 7 different items, including arrangements of salted fudge, cookie cups, and whoopee pies. Margie made the process for me simple, flexible, organized and she thought of things I would not have thought of (ie, gluten free options, nut allergies). Just a Bite catered our wedding favors and they were a huge hit! Margie made delicious homemade fudge and caramels for guests to take home, and our friends and family were so impressed with the presentation and quality.
